6.0L Tune with mild bolt-ons

My lil brother just put the following cam in his 6.0L 2002 Denali:

COMP Cams ® #54-452-11 XFI Hydraulic Roller Camshaft

Hydraulic Roller Camshaft -5.3L / 6.0L Chevrolet/GMC Truck.

Grind #XFI266HR15

Advertised Duration Duration @ .050 IN/EX Gross Valve lift IN/EX LSA
266/270 212/216 .520"/.524" 115°

along with shorty headers, cold air intake, and flowmaster exhaust. No other mods were dont to the engine but as of right now I am just looking for a good starting tune for this truck. Any help?

Unless someone has a tune already for something like this, that would be great!!

I would tune it with my V1 flashscan but my WBO2 is permanent in my truck for nitrous and additional tuning. Thanks!!
