How to get started? Looking to get efi live and have some newb questions.

Hey guys, I am a COMPLETE newb to tuning, and looking to start learning it. My daily is a 03 duramax and currently have a ppe programer on it. Works great, runs great etc, but would like the versatility of efi live and the dsp5 setup, as well as to learn myself how to tune, and eventually be able to tune LS gas vehicles. What I would like is to buy efi live and get a few tunes on my truck from someone who isnt looking to make a huge chunk of money for them or lock the tunes. So my question is whats the easiest way about doing that? I would really just need a good overall tune that works for daily duties and maybe one with a bit more power for when Im feeling froggy, then use those as my tests subjects to start learning from making small alterations to.
