I set up a map to log my AFR. Even after making full throttle pulls, most of my logged data in falling under 95 kPa and almost no hits in 100 kPa. The data I do get under 100 kPa is significantly different than data under 95 kPa.
Any suggestions/feedback/recommendations?
Depending on your combo and altitude some engines won't see 100kPa, maybe 97's. I am at sea level and often I don't get 100kPa at full throttle.

Should I scale from 95-100 in increments of one maybe? What column should I use to determine AFR?
We are at about 900 ft above sea level here. Most of my logs have more hits @ 95 kPa than 100.

I wouldn't be to concerned about only seeing 96Kpa.
It's about all we see. A restriction in the air cleaner will see the Kpa at around 95kpa or even lower.
Don't miss out on any sleep over it.

Just use the readings I am seeing @ 95 kPa then and disregard any readinsg I see @ 100 kPa? Just trying to get this clarified. I do get some readings @ 100 kPa but less than I see @ 95 kPa. Problem is readings are dramtically different @ 95 and 100 kPa.Quote:

hit scan BEFORE you start the car ;) it sounds weird, but if you have accessory power on, it will give you the atmospheric pressure.
ie. i live right by the ocean, and temps are nice and cold, so i get the full 101kPa, and my car can usually do like 99kPa max. so I have some small restriction somewhere, no big deal. now, if i was getting 93kPa, i'd be worried. on the other end of the spectrum, if you get 93kPa max (atmospheric) and your car gets 93kPa as well, great, you're running it at full potential.
remember to take envrionment into consideration, the weather screwed my logs up plenty of times, gotta watch for it.
