Anyone else dealt with this?

Vane position and throttle position remain together, temp is showing -22 while CTS3 shows accurate and desired idle speed is way off.

-22* CTS shows under ECT at startup, not current CTS reading.

So it is just under startup even while running live scan and it shows that?

Go back to your PID tab and type in Coolant at the bottom right. And select all the coolant PIDs to see whats giving you a sane number.
