2007.5 LMM Dual Tanks tune help.

Is there anybody out there that is willing to check out my new ECM stock tune file that the dealership just did due to having to get a brand new ECM. The truck is deleted EGR, DEF, 4inch Exhaust and is the cab and chassis model flatbed. Dealership still agreed to take it in and see what was causing no crank and start. Seems ECM/TCM harness connector that goes to 98 pin connector on the ECM is either bad or pins are loosing connectivity as they finally got it started by jiggling the harness at the connector end. The new ECM is in it and they said they had to remove VSAT and re program the ECM back to latest cal or whatever. I need someone who can look at my file and tune this truck correctly if possible with just a stock tow tune that it. As i said its the cab and chassis model so I know its a little diff if not alot diff from what I am reading but I could be wrong.
