EFILive has great customer support!

Just wanted to say what great customer support the EFILive gang provides us. I had a problem and the staff at EFILive took care of me pronto!

And these guys don't sleep! I got mail from Paul and it was around 2:30 AM NZ time!

I agree completely, if I have asked a question it is always answered really fast and Ross and Paul are constantly working on everything. Really glad I bought EFILive over HPTuners when I was looking because of the EFI customer support.

... and don't forget about the helpful EFILive users on this board!!! Helps a lot, too!!!

Plus the pro guys who chip in too with the snippets of priceless info. waitforme, delco etc.

When I first reviewed the market I felt that efilive product and users were more tech savvy and hpt wasnt quite at the same level. Also the forum content lead me to believe that efi was the way to go. The free custom os's helped sway me too.
