please help me, i didn't know that the auth code is retrieved from the flash scan I placed an order with auth that came with the paper I got with package.

Do I need to keep the flash device on with my computer until you give the activation key? Please help me I don't want to lose my money.

I've sent the required right info to both [email protected] & [email protected], please tell me if i need the unit on and connected to the pc until i get the activation code?????

You should only need to have Flashscan connected to the PC when you start the scan or tune applications.
