V1 won't connect

My V1 worked great for a couple of months, then it wouldn't light up the leds I replaced the usb connector witch was bad. Now the leds will cycle but will not be recognized by windows as a flashscan. It says USB Device not recognized.
I tried to do the mprog that doesn't even see any devices. What should I do or where can I send this to get fixed. Thanks

How did you replace the USB connector...?
