For what it's worth, this is the table I use on my 01 and I haven't had any ETC issues even with 232/236 cam and ported LS6 heads. The concept is to keep values low enough at the lower and upper ends to catch a legitimate ETC problem should it occur. These values could stand to be fine tuned, and may need to be modified as required for other engine combinations
