The delay is purely logistical at our end. I need to stop answering emails and forum posts and log into our store and change the prices....

As soon as the price changes in the store you can order it. Or just order it from a reseller who has already changed their prices.

HEY!

Yep, I'm doing much better. I'm driving the car and walking a few miles each day. I start the "re-hab" next Thursday and I should get a little sore but improve quickly. This was not a good thing as far as "comfort" but it was better than the alternative of being down with a major coronary or worse.
