See if you can find it in here: Tunefiledepot-has-been-replaced
Yep found it in there thanks again joe. Does anyone know if there is a flex fuel enabled GM OS that is also custom OS enabled for boosted applications.
Yes, but I dont believe for 512kb LS1 PCMs with EFILive. You'd have to go to 03-05 1MB LS1B PCM to get that.
Do you have a OS Number? Or what year and vehicle it came out of. The PCM I have is a LS1B as far as I know. From a 2003 VY commodore
get a vz ls1 1mb ecu, then you can run e85 compatible os.
I'm pretty sure i have posted a base tune on the forum here already with e85/custom os
found em

ok so the VY PCM isn't a LS1B? That sucks, might have to source one for mine as it will be boosted the other car I'm doing is a Holden 355 running the LS pcm using a low frequency trigger.
it still a ls1b ecu, but it's called a p59.
Ok so those are a 512k is the other VZ one a 411?
So ls1a ecu's were pre 1999.
ls1b ecompases both P01/P59 ecu's.
Pre99 & P01 is 512kb
P59 is 1024kb
P01 is blue/red connector
P59 is Blue/Green connector
Apart from some minor pin changes and slightly different shape on the green connector, it's almost plug/plug between the 2. You can file down green the connector plug and away you go
Ok awesome so are the P59 a simple plug and play? Or do some pins need to be moved around
There was a huge stink over on the Corvette forums about this and supposedly 1 dude had it figured out but wasn't talking. I need to update my software to view a ctz, but are there any weird tricks or asspain other than a full flash of that tune onto my P59 in my 2004 Z06? I picked up a blower for it and really want flex fuel ability.
There is a current thread on LS1tech.com regarding this, let me see if I can find it...
I think I saw it too. I'd found more info on the swap but apparently not on the Corvette Forum because when I checked back there I couldn't find what I'd remembered reading.
So basically we need to run a vz ls1 ecu but then we have the problem of dbw
That's one of the threads... there's also another one...

So I’m shifting through all this and I’ve come to the conclusion....
There is no way to do a COS on a the flex fuel operationing system for the p01 pcm?
You have to run the P59 PCM.
