any one
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\EFILive\V8\Config\Options.txt
this must be edited for the PIDS you want.
+1.
See the "PCU" section ("From" "To" near the end) of my Options.txt (attached)...
With those conversion parameters, with each press of the ENTER key, the display of those mentioned pids swaps between metric and imperial.
Im not understanding the PSL thing.
Some have 2 PSL #s and some have 3.
If I create a new Pid selection like balance would It be PSL23 and PSL24 from the default options.txt file?
I guess I just need a little better explaining of the PSL part, lol.
The identifiers after the PSL are the positions in the list of pid lists...
In the attached Options.txt you will see:
- the first PSL lists PSL_01 and PSL_02 -> refers to rows 1 and 2 in the pid selection list ("LS1A_M" and "LS1A_A");
- the second PSL lists PSL_03 and PSL_04 -> refers to rows 3 and 4 ("LS1B_M" and "LS1B_A");
- *PSL,PSL_09,PSL_11,PSL_13 -> refers to rows 9, 11, 13.
and so on...
a PSL may be used by 0 or more pid list positions.
See the comment from the Options.txt file:
Code:; _________________________________________________________________________
;
; PID Selection List
; ----------------------
;
; *Section_Names is a comma separated list of indexes from the initial *PID_SELECTIONS section above.
; The XX in PSL_XX matches the entry number in *PID_SECLTEIONS

lol...:hihi:...is this what we're trying to say...?
there needs to be a tutorial for BBL and V2 or,
make the options.txt easier to understand for noobs.
i`m glad i`ve had my V2 since `06 Nov. even so there is still a lot
of things that i don`t know about, and how to use.
like where are the RR filters stored and can they be combined.
I have an '03 LB7, is there a PID in the options.txt file that does the calculated boost pressure??
Also, is there a way to create custom calculated PID's for use with BBL?
