EGT Logging - more than 2 (8 if possible)

Hi there,
I'm running a LSA/LS9 with a vortech. Currently using the 2 temp inputs & logging the EGT's on two of the headers (on the V2). Wondering if there is a way I can log all 8 headers on the V2? Anyone logging 8 more than 2 EGT's?
