Deleting Rear 02's

I am going to add headers on my 2004 Escalade this weekend and want to delete the rear 02's, among other changes. If i am looking at the DTC Enablers it apprears I need to change P0136, 0138-41 for Bank 1 and P0156, 0158-61 for Bank 2. If that is correct, I will then log my LTFT and other performance PIDs to make any necessary corrections. I do have a CAI as well but in the 20F deg weather we are having I don't think that will have any affect. Are these the correct codes?

Should I try to develop two tunes, one for winter and one for summer (towing)?
