Just updated and can't read or switch tunes 2007 Cummins

I just updated firmware and software from when I installed EFI on my truck because I added the CSP5 switch from Socal Diesel. I can not read my ECM and I can not switch tunes on switch or the ecm.

I get this error when reading.
