LS1-A stream free?

I dont have the 97-98 LS1 stream activated on my V2 yet. On EFI's website it says just purchase it and they will send an activation code for free:

I did this on 12/30/09 and I'm still waiting. Does it take this long to receive the activation code? I sent an email the day after I ordered it and havent received a reply yet. I know they are slow to respond but 10 days? The site says 10 minutes to receive email codes...am I missing something?

I did not have the 97-98 LS1 stream in my V2 either and Paul took care of it. :)
He might want a screen shot of the Stream Licenses Tab.

That order was emailed back to the following day. Check your SPAM folders for the email. It would have come from Donna.
