t43 tap u/down in standalone

hi, I have a jeep wrangler with a ls3 and 6l80e, speartech shifter.

I have tried programing the car as a holden with the tap up down set as wired and enabled. I have also tried as a Camaro with no avail.
If I look through my scan tool, the tap up/down signal is showing but the driver command is set as disabled. I have tried setting the gear in all six position but don't seem to be getting anywhere!!!. it shows as drv4 or man depending on calibration when I go to the second postion.

I have also wired the brake switch in as I thought that was my issue.. it shows as working in the scanner

does someone have a calibration for both ecu and tcm for a 2010 corvette I can try? or know the solution. I just feel like I'm getting nowhere!!!!
