is this normal, max boost at 22psi

HI
I have a deleted 2016 lml with diesel corp stg#1 tune.
I was towing about 10k lbs, and when going up a grade, I feel like it had a lot less power than when my truck was stock, Boost was only reaching 22psi,

any advise?
