L33 in a jeep yj with a th400 cant get over 75% throttle

I've been banging my head against a wall for a few days now trying to figure out why I cant apply over 75% throttle or the engine cuts out. It runs good until you exceed the throttle mark. We put a L33 in a older yj jeep with a th400 behind it. What research I did lead me to putting a 05 cts v tune OS with a manual trans tune in it. I've read and poked around for the last couple of days and nothing I've tried has helped can someone lead me the path...? This is my first time doing a non computer controlled transmission and I'm not a every day tuner so i'm lost.Attachment 23363

I'm starting to think I have a P/N switch problem (lack of), I tried doing a CASE relearn and kept giving me an error. The tune I'm running is for a manual 2005 cts v manual tranny. Would anyone happen to know which pins I need to ground or apply voltage to at the ECM...? I'm also have a heck of a time with this thing dying when coming up to a stop from rolling, thinking this is playing into it as well.
