anyone have Flow Data for 65 LB INJECTORS please?

Asking for a friend, literally.

I do not know the brand, was purchased on Ebay-ish, quite possibly from China.

Disclaimer, I DO realize they are probably oversized, not a good brand etc. I also realize that the necessary info to make it start and idle well and stay running could possibly be figured out (in reverse order?) by tuning.

I am simply trying to help someone get started who is already in this predicament. I believe that inputting correct injector data when they are (nearly) TRIPLE the size of stock is a good place to start.

So what I'm asking please is suggestions and advice, whether it is where to acquire the info I think I need, or other ways to get it to idle. Thanks and sorry for sharing the headache we already both have lol.
