Trying to figure out RR (haven't purchased yet...)

Looking at Moates site on the RR's, there are a few available.

Which ones would I need? I am looking at doing a 0411 swap on my 99 K2500 Suburban 454, and tuning a friend of mine's SC 01 Z28.

Am I correct in assuming that I would need the 512mb RR? What is the PCM breakout for vehicles that RR's can be used in?

Being I am doing a swap on my 99 K2500 Burb, but at this time at least, need to use a L31 base code, was the L31 ever used with the 1MB PCM? Say in Mexico or something where the L31 might have survived a while longer?

I am pondering adding a crankshaft sensor to my 454 (it was factory available on the L21 454, but I think only 24x). I need a 58x wheel to use the 1MB PCM?

Sorry if I stray a bit from RR, I would like to run the 1MB RR PCM if I could.
