411 5.7 vortec swap switch to manual tranny

I swapped to the 411 computer and I'm running an '02 express program but that has an auto tranny and I'm running a manual. I've cleared the computer codes (via no mil and no report) with EFILIVE but is there any way to let the computer know it's not an automatic tranny? I know with the black box and JET you could switch it easily to manual. I burned a license with JET and there is no such switch that I could find. Ideas?

Fixed: Lextech suggested a segment swap of the tranny codes so I used a 2002 camaro with the same OS but a manual tranny and swapped the transmission segments in and it worked perfectly.
