LML OS 12645750 Service Emission light is on

I am having issues with this truck with OS 12645750

I keep getting this message service emissions in the DIC the problem is the truck has had the weight lost over a year and the message pop-up the other
I have done a few of these but this one is hard headed looking for some help or advise,I have the file if someone would like to look at it.

Any luck to this? I have a 5750 truck as well that will not ditch the DIC message either. Standard scripted file that should not be throwing this.

I am having the same problem. No trouble codes, just displays service emissions message.
