Calculating IFR slope with no vacuum reference?

I'm going to install a set of injectors in a 408 this weekend. They are rated 48.83lbs./hr @ 58.0 PSI. I will be using an aftermarket regulator set at 58.0PSI without a port for vacuum reference. Is there a way to calculate the slope for the IFR table and the value it starts at?
