Absolute Throttle Position

While doing a test log to see if my wideband was working, I noticed that the absolute throttle position stayed at 19-20% at idle. Is this what it should be at? I figured it should be around 5% or so at idle. Is this normal?

Try logging the ETC (Electronic Throttle) PID GM.ETCTP which will probably give you different results ;)
