Flashscan V3 GM tuning?

I've been sitting on a Flashscan V3 I ordered last month for my LML Duramax, waiting for the GM tuning capability to be released. I knew it wasn't out yet when I bought the thing, but I was told it would be released sometime at the end of this month. As of today, I don't see any GM tuning license options for the FSv3 on the main web site. Are there any updates on when the GM tuning licenses for the FSv3 will be available for purchase? Am I looking in the wrong place?
