e37 operating system question

Sorry if this is a newb question:

I want to use efilive to tune an e37 pcm for the following setup:

GM 4.3L V6
Non-electronic non-lockup automatic transmission
Multi-port injection using mercruiser marine intake (standard hi-z injectors)
250Kpa map sensor
OEM dbw throttle body
OEM wasted spark ignition with 58x crank and 4x cam sensors
Garrett GT35r turbo w/ solenoid valve controlled wastegate actuator
NO cat converter(s)
NO maf sensor (speed density)
SINGLE knock sensor boss in engine block

Would this be possible?
