EFI Live LML Logging Issue

I am having trouble recording a log file for my tuner. Im using EFI Live v2, I am using a LML Pid file that they sent. They said there is nothing wrong with the PID file, they have used it for years. It connects to the truck fine, you can read and clear codes. When you ad the PID file, it will not log data, or record data. I tried a LMM Pid file, and it logs live data, but obviously it doesnt make any sense because the truck is an LML. I have updated the firmware, I have tried it with a Autocal, I updated V7.5 to the latest. Same result. It doesnt record any data. It autodetects it as a LML with Auto Transmission. I am clueless at this point. If you have any suggestions, I am all ears. Truck is a 2011 2500HD, with a LML.
