Using AutoCal on Mac?

I have an AutoCal that I purchased from an independent tuner several years ago for my 2001 Corvette. I did not know at the time that the software was Windows only, so I never used it. I have been on Macs only for 30 years and have never run Windows-only software.

I now have a new MacBook Pro M3 and was wondering if it is possible to get this to work - maybe with Parallels 19 VM running Windows 11 ARM?

Regardless this will be an involved process for me as I am sure the AutoCal I have is locked to that tuner and he appears to be out of business.
