Tony, I pm'd Tech Support.

On Vista machines you need to run the application (one at least) as an Administrative account'. Vista changed the default security permissions in the 'C:\Program Files\..' folder structure, which causes users to not be able to create files.
You can right-click on the Tune Tool icon and choose 'Run as Administrator'.

I have not changed any settings on this laptop to date since the day I first installed.
I reinstalled/repaired the program from the download section of EFI Live. Now it seems to be working fine, thanks for the help.

I am merging this thread with the one that Ross has already tried helping me with. Support team, I want to help figure this out incase it is not just my laptop that is doing it. I have a fealing others have this problem, but havent seen it yet.
