Use tune purchased for old truck

I have owned my flashscan for about 5 years. I had plans to learn and use this tool, but things change, other than troubleshooting I have not done much with it.

When I purchased it I bought 2 tunes with it. recently I have the option to buy a low mileage lmm. I like the way the old truck runs/tows but milage is getting up there. Can I install the old tune in the new truck? I have a few hours into searches and not able to find an answer. I am not sure how long I can stall the seller, so I was hoping someone might know. even a point to a thread would be helpful
