Reading stock tune

I bought a tune which came with an AutoCal V2. I read the ECU code, gave it to the tuner, he sent back the GM unlock code and I downloaded the stock ECU and trans files. He sent back my tunes and I uploaded to the truck.
Fast forward to now: I found another tuner, so I paid $50 to unlink the AutoCal from the old FlashScan. Used his code and uploaded the new file to the truck.
What I'm wondering is if it's possible to unlock my stock tune file to share with the new tuner person? Can I ask the original tuner to do this, or is it even possible?
