6L80e with new yank Torque converter in truck

I bought a SC multidisc TC from Yank Perf.

During my break in period i had a few issues, but now they are pretty much gone except for third gear pulls. The RPM jumps and drops constantly, and only in third.

I raised the tcc and shift speeds it feels better, but i dont feel i did good on my tune.

i have 125,000km on my tranny and religiously change the fluid every 25,000 due to the heat.

I hear a bid of a grinding noise in first which only lasts for a moment. I talked with Ynak and their tuner is not exclusive for them and would like to charge me for tranny tuning. I emailed a friend who tunes for a livin but his ramp tables felt too strong where i knew when the tc applied and released...

Where am i making a mistake on my tune???
