Error code $0322
I have a 1.6T holden cruze (A16LET) and i keep getting error code $0322 on the autocal. Is there any solution's to this? i have already updated to the latest firmware on the autocal and the latest software for efi live. I have also programmed the autocal under the bbx page. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There is a handy tool that explains what that error code is in V8 Scan & Tune -> F8: Tools -> F8: Error codes.
$0322: Conditions Not Correct or Request Sequence Error ($22).
Thinks to check first:
1. Is your car 2017+?
2. Do you have your Controller Authorization Key for this controller showing under V8 -> F3: Tune -> F8: Authorization?
If not, you won't be able to flash.
You'll need to work with your Tuner for this issue.

To add to all of the above, the Cruze used both E78 and E83 ECM's, the tuner may have set it up for the wrong ECM type, I'm pretty sure your 1.6L is an E83.

So my car is a 2014 model so it shouldn't have the enhanced security also my ECM is a E83B. I went through BNR tuning and they supplied a autocal. What I have done is drag and dropped the .coz tune file under the "tune" section in EFI explorer. It seems to be correctly showing up on the hand held it self but when I start to program it works for about 3 seconds and throws at $0322.

The $0322 can be caused by the ECM not being unlocked correctly for flashing, as you say 2014 doesn't need the enhanced security so that's no the problem.
At this point you may just want to confirm with BNR they did set the device up for an E83B ECM.

Definitely drop Jerry a line, he'll get you squared away!

I have contacted Jerry on the issue but it's been nearly 2 weeks. The tune file is definitely for a e83B ECM. So when people say "authentication code" does that mean the licence? If not where and what would I do to get the auth code.

No, the Controller Authorization Code is only needed for select 2017+ GM controllers that have enhanced security and require a separate purchase from EFILive. The VIN License is what you'd typically think of the license, it is what's needed to allow your AutoCal (or FlashScan) to flash the particular controller. All controllers needs a VIN license, only select ones need the additional Controller Auth Code. As your Cruze is 2017, you don't need the Controller Auth code.
Can you post what your BBX settings look like? I think this is a config issue based on the error code.

as far as im aware i only need to have the correct controller selected which is E83B. Is there any other settings i need to check or configure? i also have saved and clicked the program button to save my settings.
