Dynoing a 2011 Tahoe I hit a wall where it would only rev to ~6000 RPM.
It was going to 6500 where the rev limit is set prior to adding timing which increased power.
I tested that it wasn't a MPH limiter and it isn't.
Cals and log are attached, what am I missing?
