12579405 5 speed for transmission segment swap?

Does this exist? Just bought my EFILive yesterday and it hasn't arrived yet. Playing around now with the demo and reading the guides and getting a feel for the software. I'm an Industrial Controls guy by trade so it is kind of expected that I don't do a mail order tune :hihi:

I'm doing an A4 to M6 conversion and I have the 12579405 PCM (LQ9, SS) and I cannot find a suitable file to compare with to do the segment swap. I've searched the forum here, the HoldenCrazy depo, LS1Tech and google without any results.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

Looks like they use a couple different operating systems. I have found stock 03 SS .bin files that closely match my VIN 2GCEK19Nxxxxxxxxx in both 12593058 and 12579405. When I get my setup in the mail I will hook up to mine and see exactly what my OS is and upgrade / switch (once I read the upgrade PDFs etc)

Until then here is my segmented swap provided I have the 12593058. This is a stock for stock swap. Good exercise to break into this stuff with :rockon:

Hooked up to it today. It is the 12579405. Configured some PIDs and did some datalogs. Really neat stuff. Still have a lot to learn.

Could somebody please upload a 5 speed tune for this pcm?

Yes that is what the trucks came from the factory with.
4.8 / 5 speed would be an option with 12579405 pcm
