Well after reading through most of the posts here I jumped in with both feet and I am looking forward to dialing in my tune. I would like to thank everyone for the information here, and apologize in advance for the questions I will undoubtedly have. I am real excited to get it up and running.
What year/model/vehicle do you have...?
I have a 2002 gmc 2500 HD with an 8.1 gas engine that I plan on running a stroked twin turbo. I also plan to get a ls1b car to put a turbo or 2 on (04-05 gto or ctsv). I have a chassis dyno shop close and they have an engine dyno to do some testing on as well.
There's a few little things like coms and latency settings, and also look up "hard reset" just in case you need it. Apart from that its a good thing,have fun.
My RR arrived on time and ready to go to work. It didn't take long to get my PC set up and the RR flashed with my current tune. I hope to get it put in my truck and start playing this weekend. Thanks again for everyone that contributed to the tutorials and posts that made this such a quick and easy process.
