6L80 prevent wot 2 to 1 downshift

I am trying to program the T43 with os 24256125 for a 6L80 in a silverado to not downshift from second gear to first when you floor the throttle above 1500rpm which is about 17mph.

I have tried putting low values and maxed values in D1110 D1130 D1150 D1170 but it still downshifts either way so is there a way to do this I am missing?

It is annoying when you are doing 2000rpm, floor it then you wait for it downshift into first then have the power surge to the top of first then wait for the shift and when you end up back in 2nd it is reving 3500rpm so I feel not only would it liekly be faster just to leave it in second for those 1500rpm when you consider the shift times it would save on a lot of wear and unnecessary violent acceleration which looks stupid.
