Has anyone explored this option? Found it while looking over my 2015 Tahoe engine cal, and it looks like some sort of MSD-style setup, only you get it by enabling it in the program instead of spending several hundred bucks on an MSD box.

I don't recall the specifics but I think it is only used with E85 and low speed or maybe only cranking, pretty sure it isn't an MSD :sly:
Right, not MSD but it looks like it allows for multiple sparks, up to 10 sparks per ignition cycle, and up to 4000RPM.
