I have a pcm out of a 04 silverado. I have a ls1 that i need to convert it to a LS1 OS. what do i have to do to be able to flash it to it.

I have a pcm out of a 04 silverado. I have a ls1 that i need to convert it to a LS1 OS. what do i have to do to be able to flash it to it.
1. read the existing file
2. save it
3. open the file with new OS
4. Process a full reflash
