Cammed LS1 idle hunts at stoplight & reverse

Hello All,

I'm looking for some advice on how to solve my idle hunting issues in my cammed LS1 C5 vette. When shifting into neutral and stopping, the idle will drop to 400 and swing back up to the commanded 850 and then drop back down before it finally settles. It also happens when backing out of a parking space or driveway.Attachment 22753 I also notice that the AFR goes very rich when this happens (Low 12's.) Can someone please take a look at my tune and offer some tips? I'm thinking it may be timing related, but I'm not too sure. Please see list of mods and .ctz file below. Thanks!
