Where did all my files go?

Earlier I put all the .PMM and the Options.INI file on this FlashScan cable and spent most of the riding around picking my car from the list in F1 Select Vehicle and watching the display. Just now I connected up to Explorer and discovered that there are no files on the config page except for SETTINGS.DAT and if I choose Select Vehicle it tells me there are None Loaded. Which is odd because as far as I can tell I've done nothing that should have erased them other than changing from the non-existant SD file system to the Internal file system. Does that make any sense?

What you said makes sense but how that could happen does not make sense (yet). If you have any more detailed steps to reproduce it that would help.
