Looking for 4L80E Tune with 12606807 OS

Looking for a 4L80E tune with OS of 12606807.
Seems to be one that is hard to locate.

I have one that I can load to a pcm and then suck out with efilive or a .bin format. However, I have not updated my efilive into the latest "format". I have read the newer formats are not interchangeable and my "tuning" laptop is still winXP. Let me know how to proceed so I can help later today.

Pretty sure the latest version with the new file format will open older format files, just not the other way around.
