ECM Question

Okay i have a 2018 Ram 2500 with a 68RFE, my ECM is a CM2350B with E/C code D090066.04. When looking at the base tune library under the 2018 tab the ECM is a CM2350F with the same E/C code as mine, there is no CM2350B under the 2018 tab. The reason i am looking is that my remote start is not function it goes through the motions and the dash acts like the truck has started and everything but the truck has not started. My truck was tuned with EFI and at first my Uconnect heat and vented seats did not work but my remote start did. Had the tuner revise my tunes and the Uconnect functions work now but my remote start does not. My question here is can i use the CM2350F file as a base tune file on my CM2350B ECM?

Yes you can, if the E/C code matches it is fine. The B & F must have been some internal changes to the ECM but they seem happy enough to share the same tunes.

So if we build a new file with the matching E/C i will more than likely get all my functions back? I seem to always be the lucky one that gets something made between years or updates, lol.

Yes more than likely everything will start working again.
