Where are the .dtc files...?

The new V8 install does not have any Scan folder...

where are the .dtc files (containing the text descriptions for all the DTC's)...?

Oops, they did not make it into the install - update will be available soon.

If we have an old copy of the *.dtc files, can we use them?

My old ones worked just fine when I copied them back to my V2.

Yes, the old ones will work fine, no changes were made to the files. They just didn't get flagged to be included in the installation build :(

I'm making an update for V8 and will post it in a couple of hours. So do the "Check for updates" later tonight and you should get the V8 install update.
