When you download the latest V4 software, the manual is included.
After installing the V4 software, the manual can be found on your hard drive, here: \Program Files\EFILive\V4\Doc\index.htm
Just double click on that file, or select the Help->Help menu option from within the V4 software.
Or you can download the zip file below and unzip it into the folder: \Program Files\EFILive\V4
