Need Help with VVT cam tuning in Sierra Denali

I've installed a Comp Cams VVT cam #271PHR14, 218/232, in a 2007 Sierra Denali along with their phaser limiter and im having a hard time with tuning. Constantly throws random P0300 codes, Cam Phaser position code, and most importantly it will disable the stabilitrak randomly. This truck had no issues previously. Its a brand new 6.2L motor, with all new comp cams parts, professionally installed by the engine builder.

Originally had it tuned with HPtuners, but had nothing but issues. I've since started back at square one with EFI Live.
This is my first time tuning with a VVT motor and could use some advice on where to start.
