yes you can simplify the circuit, yes one step down,(M) mode, 1/4 watt will be ok, try to find the same ohms resistor,, corvette tune and done
Thanks 400ss.
Do you have experience getting manual shift to work on a floor shifter? As in can I shift gears in M mode using a stock G8 / caddy shifter with the 6l80 just by wiring it up (12v, ground and control wire to pin 7 on trans)? Assuming corvette tune again is done.
I know i am diggin up an old thread, but i am curious to know if i use a 2007+ column stock shifter, PN 15860125, with my stand alone harness, would i be able to use the TUTD and power option in my project vehicle?
I am goin to upgrade the engine, and transmission from the old TBI/4l60e combo to the Gen IV engine w/o VVT / 6L80e transmission.
I had two issues,
1, cruise control, ( may have a fix with eficonnection)
2, TUTD in column shifter for stock like appearance.
Plz let me know about the TUTD shifter
