RMA case
I have some issues with my flashscan with the USB port.I want to send back for repairs. I have been asked to create a RMA case. I have asked support how to and no reply. I have done some searches on the support page and the forum and I haven't found anything. ?

Hymey, is it just a dodgy fitting connector? They are standard USB sockets, pretty easy to change for anyone who knows the hot end of a soldering iron from the cold end.
If the unit is still in warranty that is a different story but I think you'll find if it isn't it'll be easier to have a local electronics shop repair it for you than send it back to NZ. Also, the repairs in NZ are not done in house, they are sent back to the manufacturer (still in NZ) so there could be some additional delays and expense if it is out of warranty.

Thanks, my apologies it's the opposite end of the tool. The RJ45 female. And also require a new cable. I'd do it myself but I don't have the time atm.
