I just discovered this well made and professionally produced EFILive video at the Autotap Website (They are the USA Distributor of EFILive) and it stars the Dean of EFI University!
It's a 10.5 minute, 43meg video, so broadband is recommended...

Geeze is that site slow! IT's taking forever to get that thing viewed. Is there anyway that I can host it on my site so it'll actually load and not keep hitting the "buffer"?
